SNMF

SNMF computes least-squares estimates of ancestry proportions and ancestral allelic frequencies (Frichot et al., 2014). It could be used to calculate ancestries in the populations.

NB	Number of .bed files generated by iKISS in the KMERS_MODULE, over which SNMF is calculated
